Ordering online using a credit card is the easiest and quickest method to order our products.
To place an order by phone (510-582-9365), please have the catalog number, size, quantity, shipping address, and payment information ready.
You can place your order using a PO (purchase order). Fax (510) 582-9365) or email us at sales@fluoryx.com with your purchase order including the catalog number, size, quantity, and shipping address.
If you have not previously set up an account with us, please request our credit application form to fill out prior to placing your order so that we can accept your PO number.
Regardless of the order method, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are ready to help you.
Note: A surcharge of $15 will be added to orders under $50.
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. These changes will be submitted to the customer for confirmation. In addition, Fluoryx reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in quotes or invoices. California state sales tax will be added to orders within California.
All sales are final. Full or partial refund will be issued only if Fluoryx, Inc. can not deliver the item(s) due to availability.
Credit cards can be accepted on the website or over the phone. We can also send you electronic invoice where you will be able to pay directly from your bank account to ours without revealing the account number.
For purchase orders, all approved accounts are net cash 30 days. Please request a credit application to set up an account. A 10% penalty will be applied after no payment for 30 days and each 30 days after that.
For all international orders, payment need to be received before we can ship the products.
We use FedEx exclusively for our shipping. We will use FedEx Ground for domestic orders unless otherwise requested.
For hazardous item(s), you will need to pay hazardous shipping charged before we can ship your order . Please make sure to add the hazardous shipping charge (on the product page for hazardous materials) to your cart.
To request bulk quantities of any of our fluorochemicals, please email us at info@fluoryx.com with the CAS #, quantity, purity, and other requirements (e.g., pH, water content, price, etc. if applicable), and we will get back to you with availability and pricing.
If you do not see what you need in our catalog, email us at info@fluoryx.com with your requirements (CAS #, quantity, purity, etc.). We have excellent sourcing capabilities to locate your fluorochemical. If we cannot locate a source, it is possible we can custom synthesize it.
We have many types of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) including dispersion and granular. We also have PTFE in the form of plate and tape. For more information, please email info@fluoryx.com with your required specifications.
If your company needs to dispose of any chemicals that Fluoryx sells, please contact us. Depending on the amount and producer, we may be able to take the chemicals rather than your company having to pay for them to be disposed of as chemical waste.
